Healing for you.
Hope for tomorrow.
Hope For Recovery is a gentle online membership for people in recovery — and the people who love them. Each week, you can simply arrive, breathe, and receive peace, strength, and hope in a calm, safe space.

A small taste of what a session feels like
If any of this feels familiar, you're not alone.
Recovery — whether it's yours or someone you love's — asks a lot of a person. These are some of the quiet things members tell us they carry into their first session.
- Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained
- Carrying guilt, worry, or fear quietly, with nowhere to put it
- Wanting to help but not knowing what more you can do
- Craving a moment of calm between appointments and check-ins
- Feeling isolated because it's hard to talk about what's happening
- Needing steady support alongside the care you already have
- Wishing for a space where nothing has to be explained
- Looking for one hour a week that's just for you
Recovery is not something
you have to carry alone.
Whether you're rebuilding your own life or standing beside someone you love, healing asks for more than willpower — it asks for a place to exhale. Hope For Recovery is that place: a soft landing, once a week, held by people who understand.
One hour. One breath at a time.
Every Wednesday, our circle gathers on Zoom for a guided hour of grounding, meditation, breathwork, and energy healing — no experience or spiritual background required.
Guided Meditation
Gentle, spoken meditation to help you settle out of your head and into your body, wherever you're starting from.
Breathwork
Simple, guided breathing patterns to calm the nervous system and create space between a feeling and a reaction.
Energy Healing
A closing energy practice to help you release what you came in carrying, and leave a little lighter than you arrived.
Two paths. One room.
If you're in recovery
This space sits alongside whatever treatment, sponsor, or program is already supporting you. It's not a replacement for clinical care — it's a weekly return to calm, community, and a version of yourself that isn't defined by struggle.
If you love someone in recovery
Supporting someone through recovery can be quietly exhausting. This is a space to set your own weight down for an hour, be witnessed, and refill so you can keep showing up.
